MSR Public Adjusters

Your Insurance Claim Partner

Mark S. Rosenthal

Certified Public Insurance Adjuster - All Lines

Hurricane Damage Help

When your property is damaged or lost, you are entitled to a fair and timely settlement from your insurance company. As your insurance claim partner, we make this happen.

Insurance Knowledge

As your Public Adjuster, we represent you, the policyholder. We analyze your insurance policy, determine your entitlement, assess your damage, prepare your construction estimate, and present the DSER to you and the insurance company's adjuster. We then see your claim through from beginning to end until a satisfactory settlement is agreed upon, and the check is in your hand.

Fee Simple

Our fee is simple...we receive 10% of the insurance settlement and based upon our track record, it is realistic to expect a greater settlement (in a timely manner) with MSA PUBLIC ADJUSTERS as your insurance claim partner.

Initial or Re-Opened Claims

When damage occurs initially, contact us immediately. But, in the event, you began the process alone (without the benefit of a Public Adjuster), your claim can be re-opened without the need for an attorney.

Why Us

TO USE OR NOT TO USE

HOW WIILL IT AFFECT ME?

TO USE MSR PUBLIC ADJUSTERS AS YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM PARTNER

You have personal representation. Your Certified Public Adjuster represents you. Your Insurance Company's Adjuster represents them. You want a fair and realistic settlement, they want to pay the least amount possible.

You will receive a Detailed Settlement Estimate to Reconstruct (DSER). Xactimate software is used in-house by the insurance industry, but is not shared with their policy holders. MSR PUBLIC ADJUSTERS prepares this DSER especially for you.

Follow-up, Follow-up, Follow-up...from beginning to end, until your claim is settled fairly and completely, and the check is in your hand.

MSR PUBLIC ADJUSTERS receives no fee until the claim is settled.

You have nothing to lose. In every claim handled by MSR PUBLIC ADJUSTERS to date, policyholders have received settlement amounts greater than the initial insurance offer even after paying the fee to MSR.

NOT TO USE...

MSR PUBLIC ADJUSTERS AS YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM PARTNER

You have no personal representation. The Insurance Adjuster represents the insurance company. You have no one looking after your interest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is a Public Adjuster?

A: A Public Adjuster works exclusively for you, the policyholder, NOT the insurance companies who employ their own adjusters to represent their best interest...the lowest possible claim amount.

Q: When do you need a Public Adjuster?

A: When you have sustained a loss whether by flood, collapse, fire, explosion, hurricane, and wind damage, smoke damage and vandalism.

Q: What is the benefit of having your own adjuster?

A: As a Public Adjuster, our job is to make sure your insurance company treats you fairly, gives you a settlement comprehensive enough to remedy your damages fully, and pays your claim timely. We level the playing field and give you piece of mind.

Q: After a loss, is a burden of proof required to validate a claim?

A: Most policyholders do not realize that the burden of proof is theirs. We provide the knowledge, experience, and support needed to defend that burden of proof on your behalf.

Q: Can the Public Adjuster assist the policyholder in interpreting their insurance policy?

A: A typical insurance policy contains hundreds of provisions and stipulations, constantly changing forms and endorsements, and many complex details such as inventory appraisals and real estate evaluations that are required in case of loss. The Public Adjuster can assist the policyholder in interpreting the details of their insurance policy.

Q: What does it cost to engage a MSR PUBLIC ADJUSTER?

A: 10% of the settlement.
